Open and Close Equipment was founded in the 90's by a gentleman who not only had experience in the machining industry manufacturing oilfield parts for his customers but also experience in engineering products. Founder and president, Julian Montemayor has exceed his own expectations and still seeks to exceed the customers with new ideas, recommendations and patience. Open and Close Equipment has grown since then and Mr. Montemayor delivers his product to customers in the USA and overseas. He also strived for the corporation to acquire the API 16D license with has been enforce since 2009.

About Our Facility
Open and Close Equipment operates from facilities in Texas dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and servicing of equipment for the oil and gas industry. Our operations include a 30,000 sq ft warehouse for the fabrication, assembly, painting, and storage of hydraulic systems, along with a 25,000 sq ft machine shop equipped for the production of high-precision components and large oilfield equipment parts.
In addition to in-house manufacturing, we provide field services worldwide through specialized technicians who perform commissioning, decommissioning, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repairs directly at customer sites, helping ensure safe operation and reliable equipment performance throughout its service life.
We also maintain an extensive inventory of spare parts available for immediate sale or service support. By combining manufacturing, service, and parts supply under one roof, Open and Close Equipment serves as a single-source provider for customers seeking reliable equipment and direct support from the manufacturer.
