Open and Close Equipment was founded in the 90's by a gentleman who not only had experience in the machining industry manufacturing oilfield parts for his customers but also experience in engineering products. Founder and president, Julian Montemayor has exceed his own expectations and still seeks to exceed the customers with new ideas, recommendations and patience.

Open and Close Equipment has grown since then and Mr. Montemayor delivers his product to customers in the USA and overseas. He also strived for the corporation to acquire the API 16D license with has been enforce since 2009.

Open and Close Equipment facilities are located in Rosenberg, Texas USA a 30,000 square feet warehouse dedicated to the manufacture, assembly, fabrication, painting and storage of these units. Open and Close Equipment personnel are trained and certified per API 16D policy and procedures. Personnel Meetings and Trainings are conducted monthly. Open and Close Equipment personnel and Julian Montemayor, President are committed to the customer and their needs.
